Hackathon 2023 was a dynamic and high-energy 36-hour hackathon that challenged participants to design and develop a complete online examination management system. Held on December 9th and 10th, this event brought together tech enthusiasts to solve real-world problems in the education sector.

Participants were asked to build a robust examination portal that included the following features:

For Admin:

1. ? Create individual questions and structured question sets
2. ? Assign exams to selected students
3. ? View exam reports and analyze student performance

For Students:

1. ?️ Take exams in a user-friendly online environment
2. ? View scores and performance after submission

A total of 5 teams, each with 6 talented members, competed to build the best solution within the time limit.

⚖️ Judging Criteria

The teams were judged based on the technical depth, presentation, and overall usability of their solution. Specific evaluation components included:

? Flowchart/System Architecture Presentation:

Teams showcased their planning process and system design before implementation.

? Postman API Demonstration:

Backend logic and data flow were evaluated through structured and well-documented API calls.

?️ Live UI Demonstration:

Each team presented a live walkthrough of their web application, demonstrating both admin and student workflows.

Bug Slayers impressed the judges with a fully functional and aesthetically pleasing examination portal that featured real-time analytics, seamless navigation, and complete role-based functionality. Their attention to detail and strong front-end integration set them apart.

Team Lead: Kunal Vertak

The Coders stood out for their exceptional backend development, including a well-structured API system and efficient data handling. Their solution showcased scalability and performance under load.
